Many of my clients find that their credit scores actually go up after their bankruptcy is filed. You may ask how is that possible? Before you file bankruptcy the delinquent accounts, lawsuits, judgments and foreclosures are being reported on your credit report every month negatively. By filing bankruptcy the negative reporting stops and you are then able to begin to re-establish your credit. If you are working your debt to income ratio is also better since your debt has been wiped out which makes you a better candidate for future loans.

I went to Benedictine College and received my Bachelors of Arts degree in History. I then went to Creighton University Law School and earned my Juris Doctorate degree.
